Qualification- LLB preferably from National Law University or Delhi University
Experience- 8 yrs + in Corporate legal function preferably with Manufacturing sector and having hands on experience in Commercial contracts.
Work location- Gurugram , 5 days working, work from office
Purpose of the Job-
· Working closely with internal teams such as projects, finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing plant teams to understand their requirement and advise them on the contractual, legal risk and help them structure contracts with their vendors.
· Preparing and supporting reviewing, negotiating contracts with various vendors, stakeholders, ensuring they meet the technical, legal, regulatory and company’s standards.
· Maintaining support for internal contract database and amendments. Keeping robust track of renewals, termination and extending support in creating, maintaining, running various MIS reports from the internal systems including updating the working status tracker etc.
· Staying updated on relevant regulations, legal frameworks and overall providing support for legal research and opinions on various laws to formulate legal advisory on matters etc.
Major job role-
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiation of all commercial contracts ranging from supply agreements, distribution agreements, transport/ logistics agreements, services agreements, manufacturing plant-based agreements, offtake agreements, joint venture agreements, sales, NDA, collaboration agreement within India and outside jurisdictions etc.
Following legal processes from pre – contract stage to post execution life cycle of contract
Ensuring support for 100% adherence to set legal processes. Timely and quality support on legal contracts and Notices.
Monitoring and taking necessary actions, which includes sending reminders to the business stakeholders for uploading the executed contracts in the internal portal and providing status report to management.
Supporting the monthly knowledge sharing and learning within the team and providing legal support in terms of new projects, ventures undertaken by the Company,
