✔ 10–14 years of Payroll / HR Operations / Shared Services experience ✔ 4–6 years of people leadership experience ✔ Strong exposure to Global Payroll & HR Shared Services ✔ Experience with Workday, Payroll Platforms & HR Systems ✔ Transformation, Governance & Automation Mindset ✔ Exceptional Stakeholder Management Skills
