Job Responsibilities
a. We are looking at a seasoned professional with a strong network within payments business and who can understand and correlate with the vision of the company.
b. To assure successful execution of the strategy by integrating and enabling company processes with appropriate technologies
c. Build processes for faster execution of technology related deployments and work on new ideas to bring stronger value towards the society
d. The job at this role will require management of a large technology team where adherence to processes and calculation of efficiency from a time-to-time basis is a must.
e. Understanding of SAAS workflows to ensure that businesses are able to integrate such solutions with ease and also bring new SAAS related developments which are important.
f. You are responsible for aligning technology initiatives and strategies with the overall objectives of the company
g. Understanding of payment workflows and work on areas to reduce risk and bring higher profitability to the organization.
Skills and Qualification
a. BE/Btech is a must and you should have atleast 12 + years of experience as a senior executive only on technology related matters.
b. Core understanding of the KYC issues, payment compliance requirements and customer privacy issues.
c. You should be a hustler and disciplined to follow timeline driven approach and should have a knowledge of atleast 1 project management tool.
d. Experience in leading banks, payment systems companies and gateways would be an added preference.
e. You should have experience on problem solving and analytical abilities
f. Knowledge of latest technology like AI tools, etc is an added preference.
g. You should know how to lead a team and skills around team management is a must.
