Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Paid Media to lead our performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a balance of leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to scale campaigns, optimize ROI, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing paid media team
Collaborate with leadership on growth planning and budget allocation
Identify new growth channels and opportunities
2. Campaign Management
Oversee campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
Ensure optimal budget utilization and performance across campaigns
Drive A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
3. Performance & Analytics
Own KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
Build dashboards and reporting systems for performance tracking
Continuously optimize campaigns for scale and efficiency
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams
Align paid media strategies with overall marketing and brand goals
Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
5. Tools & Technology
Manage marketing tools, tracking systems, and attribution models
Ensure accurate tracking via Google Analytics, GTM, and other platforms
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media
Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROI
Deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Experience managing large budgets and teams
Familiarity with attribution models and marketing analytics tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
