Position Overview:
The Group Head – Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across the Amandeep Group of Hospitals. This role ensures that hospital facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance, supporting uninterrupted healthcare delivery.
Note* Only candidate with hospital working experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility management: Supervise maintenance of hospital buildings, utilities, and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, biomedical equipment).
- Preventive maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Team leadership: Lead and manage maintenance staff across multiple hospital units, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Compliance oversight: Ensure adherence to healthcare safety standards, statutory regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Vendor coordination: Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers and suppliers.
- Budget management: Plan and monitor maintenance budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Emergency response: Establish protocols for rapid response to technical failures or emergencies.
