We’re hiring a Group Head – Dam & Hydropower Expert to lead large-scale hydropower, PSP, and dam projects across global markets.
This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in:
✔ Hydropower & PSP development
✔ Gravity, RCC, earth-fill & rockfill dams
✔ Dam safety & hydraulic structures
✔ Himalayan hydro projects
✔ Water conductor systems, spillways & powerhouses
✔ Multidisciplinary project leadership from concept to commissioning
The role will drive:
🔹 Strategic planning & technical leadership
🔹 Feasibility studies, DPRs & value engineering
🔹 Dam safety, hydrology & risk assessments
🔹 Coordination across civil, geology, hydraulic, H&M and E&M disciplines
🔹 Innovation, sustainability & technical excellence
🔹 Stakeholder engagement with regulators, consultants & developers
Desired Experience
• 20+ years in dam & hydropower engineering
• 10+ years leading major hydropower projects (200 MW+)
• Strong exposure to Himalayan projects
• Expertise in hydraulic modelling, structural analysis & dam safety
Tools & Technical Exposure
SAP2000 | STAAD | HEC-RAS | GeoStudio | AutoCAD Civil 3D
