Responsibility:
- Oversee the visual direction and execution of campaigns across multiple brands.
- Ensure that creative outputs maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Contribute to campaign ideation and guide teams in translating concepts into strong visual executions.
- Provide direction and feedback to Senior Art Directors, Art Directors, and design teams.
- Ensure that visual storytelling aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and video teams on integrated creative outputs.
- Review and refine creative work before it moves into final production.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining creative standards.
- Support teams in solving complex creative challenges during execution.
