Role: Group Head - Account Management (Integrated)
Location: Bangalore

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Integrated Group Head – Account Management to lead key client relationships and drive integrated marketing solutions across ATL, digital, social, content, and experiential platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, building strong client partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and expertise in integrated brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key client accounts across integrated marketing mandates including ATL, digital, social, content, media, and on-ground activations.
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients and build strong long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive brand strategy and integrated communication planning in collaboration with strategy, creative, media, production, and digital teams.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution ensuring quality delivery, brand consistency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide strategic direction to internal teams for campaign planning, client presentations, and business growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth, upselling, and cross-selling across existing accounts.
- Lead pitch processes, business proposals, and new business development initiatives.
- Mentor and manage Account Management teams, ensuring team development, performance management, and operational excellence.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners/vendors for integrated campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, client satisfaction, and overall account profitability.
- Stay updated with industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging marketing platforms to drive innovative solutions for clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing within an integrated advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of ATL, digital, social media, content, influencer, and experiential marketing.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale integrated campaigns and managing multiple client portfolios.
- Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Strong commercial understanding including budgeting, revenue management, and business growth.
