🌟 Group Head – Engineering (Mechanical) 🌟
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience Required: 15+ Years
🏭 Preferred Industry: Power Sector Only
We are looking for a dynamic engineering leader with strong expertise in Power Generation projects, engineering management, techno-commercial evaluation, and innovative technology solutions.
🔹 What You’ll Drive:
✅ Engineering & design for Greenfield, Brownfield & refurbishment projects.
✅ Leadership of cross-functional engineering teams & consultants.
✅ End-to-end project engineering from concept to commissioning.
✅ Technical evaluation, cost optimization & lifecycle assessment.
✅ New technology adoption & innovative engineering solutions.
✅ Technical support for execution, commissioning & plant reliability.
✅ Vendor development, engineering excellence & process improvements.
✅ Mentoring and capability development of engineering teams.
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Strong experience in the Power Generation industry
✔️ Expertise in engineering project management & technical evaluation
✔️ Knowledge of ASME/API/IS/ASTM/NACE standards
✔️ Exposure to AutoCAD, Navisworks & engineering tools
✔️ Strong leadership, analytical & stakeholder management skills
