Job Title: Group Finance and Accounts Head
Location: Bangalore (JP Nagar – Face-to-Face Interviews Mandatory)
Experience: 7 to 11 years
Qualification: Qualified Charted Accountant (CA)
Salary: Up to 40 LPA (Max 25–30% hike on last drawn)
Language Preference: Native-level Tamil proficiency preferred
Critical Requirement (Must-Have – Non-Negotiable):
- Candidate must have independently handled end-to-end account closures for multiple years (minimum 3–4 years hands-on experience in closing books).
- Must have led and closed audits independently (statutory, internal, or tax audits).
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive closure of accounts and audits without dependency.
Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end accounting and financial control for a group company with multiple entities, ensuring clean, compliant, and audit-ready books with accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures with high accuracy.
- Own preparation and finalization of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and MIS reporting.
- Lead and close statutory, tax, and internal audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong execution and accountability.
- Establish and enforce robust internal controls and processes.
- Standardize accounting practices across entities for consistency and efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- 7–11 years of experience in accounting, audit closures, and compliance.
- Strong experience in multi-entity/group company structures.
- Proven track record of independently closing books and audits.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven.
