Lead and oversee the academic operations of the institution by ensuring excellence in teaching, academic planning, quality assurance, accreditation, and institutional development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership across institutions.
- Monitor academic quality and faculty performance.
- Lead NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and other accreditation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, and statutory regulations.
- Promote research, innovation, and industry collaborations.
- Coordinate with Principals, Deans, and academic teams.
- Develop and implement academic policies and strategies.
Eligibility- Ph.D. from a reputed institution/university.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in an Engineering Institution.
- At least 10 years in senior academic leadership as Professor, Principal, Dean, Director, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of academic governance, accreditation, and institutional development.
