The Role :
You will be the bridge between our B2B flight booking portal and our registered travel agents. Your goal is to ensure high engagement, provide top-notch support, and drive group booking inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Regularly communicate with registered travel agents to keep them active on the portal.
- Need Analysis: Understand agent requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Promotion: Inform and pitch our Group Booking services to potential agents.
- Technical Support: Assist agents if they face any issues while using the booking portal.
- Reporting: Maintain professional follow-ups and update all interactions in the CRM in real-time.
What We Are Looking For:
- Industry Background: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in the Travel industry.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command over both English and Hindi (Verbal & Written).
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule and professional etiquette.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using B2B portals and CRM software.
- Tools: High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is a must.
- Experience: Prior experience in travel sales or support is a plus, but passion for the industry is a must!
