Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for the position of Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Group CFO will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including strategic financial planning, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. Responsibilities include monitoring financial risks, improving financial processes, and providing leadership to the finance team to align with the organization's strategic goals.

We are currently seeking a strategic financial leader — not merely a finance controller.
You may be an ideal candidate if you possess:
• CA qualification — mandatory• 10 + years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years as CFO / Finance Head• Strong background in Agri-food, Organic, FMCG, or Export-oriented businesses• Demonstrated experience in raising working capital through Banks .• Expertise in Export Finance, LC, ECGC, FEMA, and RoDTEP• Experience managing PE / Investor relations• Proven ability to oversee multi-vertical P&L structures
This role demands strategic leadership, operational discipline, strong banking relationships, investor confidence, and exceptional execution capabilities.
