Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and professional growth.
- Analyse financial performance and prepare detailed reports for the executive team and stakeholders.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives to enhance profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee key financial decisions, including investments, funding, and asset management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group CFO should have:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Indian listed company experience in mandatory.
- Exposure to dealing with multiple entities across geographies is a must.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, risk management, and compliance within the Mechanical Industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- An understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sectors, particularly within the Mechanical Industry.
