This role integrates people analytics, HR systems enablement, and strategic project ownership to deliver measurable outcomes in scale, efficiency, and employee experience. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Transformation • Lead enterprise-level HR strategic initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, and productivity improvement. • Drive OKR/PMS modernization, compensation benchmarking, and policy integration across entities. • Partner with business and HR leadership to align people outcomes with growth and profitability goals. 2. People Analytics & Insights • Design and manage HR dashboards and analytics frameworks tracking engagement, attrition, productivity, and manpower cost. • Deliver actionable insights to leadership, enabling evidence-based workforce decisions. • Ensure data governance and standardization across HR systems and reporting layers. 3.HR Systems Enablement & Automation • Lead digitization and automation of HR workflows, ensuring process simplification and data transparency. • Partner with HR Tech, IT, and vendors to deploy scalable digital HR solutions (HRMS, PMS, engagement platforms). • Build a roadmap for continuous process improvement and technology adoption across the P&C function. 4. COE Project Leadership • Own and deliver cross-functional People & Culture projects in collaboration with L&D, Rewards, Talent, and HR Ops. • Track project outcomes, ROI, and milestones aligned to the HR Annual Operating Plan (AOP). • Embed digital-first approaches and analytics into all COE initiatives.
