Whizz HR is hiring for Group Account Manager in Mumbai :
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives and communicate them clearly to internal teams
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely execution
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client updates
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles (freshers can apply if strong communication skills)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
