Client & Business Management
- Act as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for key client accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead client reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and escalation management.
Strategic & Campaign Leadership
- Translate client business objectives into integrated digital and creative strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, performance, content, and strategy teams.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all client deliverables before final sharing.
Account & Financial Management
- Drive account growth, profitability, and revenue forecasting.
- Monitor project scope, utilization, and commercial efficiency.
- Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and business negotiations.
- Ensure timely invoicing and commercial governance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop Account Managers and client servicing teams.
- Drive team productivity, capability building, and performance management.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and delivery excellence.
Performance & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and business impact across accounts.
- Present strategic insights, recommendations, and optimization plans to clients.
- Maintain high standards of reporting accuracy, timelines, and communication.
Process Excellence
- Strengthen internal workflows, quality standards, and operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, SLAs, and brand guidelines.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvements.
