Role Overview
We are looking for a Group Account Manager to lead multiple client accounts, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless execution across campaigns. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients while collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead multiple client accounts across industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and influencer teams for campaign execution
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Mentor and guide Account Managers and junior team members
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality delivery
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in client servicing / account management (agency preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
- Ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in digital marketing and integrated campaigns
Preferred Skills
- Influencer marketing experience
- Performance marketing understanding
- Strategic planning and campaign development
