About the role

Role: Regional Program Manager, West Mumbai (Powai, Jogeshwari & Bandra) Experience: 3-5 years Salary: Up to 6.6 LPA Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Lead the planning and implementation of all school projects in the Western region. Impact & Growth: Analyze academic results to identify gaps and plan yearly capacity-building sessions for coordinators and teachers. Target Achievement: Ensure we reach our beneficiary targets and achieve impactful results, following organizational policies. Reporting & Engagement: Prepare donor reports and arrange donor visits as needed. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with government schools, key stakeholders, and local government authorities at the state level. Financial Oversight: Coordinate with the national accounts team to oversee program finances. Operational Support: Provide full operational support, including procurement, logistics, and managing monthly attendance for programs in the region. Community Activities: Organize and lead various volunteer engagement activities, scholarship programs, and health camps. Education & Experience: MSW, Post Graduate, or MBA in any field. 7-8 years of experience in the NGO sector is a must. Strong experience in project coordination. Skills & Knowledge: NGO Sector Knowledge: A solid understanding of the NGO sector is essential. Interpersonal & Networking: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills. Team Leadership: Proven ability to handle and lead teams effectively. Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving targets and results. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Language: Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
