This role is ideal for candidates who are excited by drones, aerospace systems, defence technology, field operations, and hands-on technical work. Selected candidates will work directly with UAV testing and flight operation teams in a fast-paced defence startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- UAV flight preparation and pre-flight support
- Ground equipment setup and operational readiness
- Handling and maintenance of field systems and support equipment
- Assisting in mission logistics and deployment activities
- Supporting live UAV testing and flight operations
- Battery management, payload handling, and equipment tracking
- Coordination with testing, integration, electronics, and operations teams
- Ensuring safety, discipline, and readiness during field trials
- Documentation and reporting of operational activities
