Role Overview
An elite AI research organization is seeking Senior Software Engineers for high-impact projects involving debugging, refactoring, and writing test cases for large and complex codebases. The work supports AI model development and reliability testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Debug, refactor, and optimize production-grade code
- Write thorough test suites for complex repositories
- Collaborate asynchronously with top AI researchers and developers
- Independently manage tasks using provided tools and codebases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably at top-tier tech companies
- Strong expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript
- OR significant contributions to complex open-source projects
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
- Must be based in the U.S. or Europe

Work Structure
- Schedule: Fully remote, asynchronous, flexible hours
- Commitment: Minimum 10 hrs/week, up to 40 hrs/week based on performance and interest

- Global rates adjusted based on local market conditions
- Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
