About Groove Life

At Groove Life, we’re more than just a brand—we’re a movement. We design high-performance rings, belts, wallets, and watch bands for people who refuse to settle. Our products are built for adventure, innovation, and pushing boundaries. Now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer (Paid Media) to own and scale our customer acquisition efforts.

Job Summary

This role isn’t just about managing ad accounts—it’s about profitably driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Acquition, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads while developing high-impact creative testing strategies and Revenue models against Contribution Margin Targets. If you thrive on data-driven decision-making, scaling paid media budgets, and maximizing profitability, we want you on our team.

Location: This position may be remote; however, due to legal and logistical considerations, we are unable to hire candidates who reside in California or New York City.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and scale Groove Life’s customer acquisition efforts, profitably growing new customers through paid media.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok) to hit new customer acquisition cost (NCAC) and contribution
  • margin goals.
  • Develop a structured creative testing roadmap—partner with designers and copywriters to create, test, and iterate ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Leverage multi-touch attribution (MTA) tools (Triple Whale, GA4, post-purchase surveys) to guide budget allocation and cross-channel attribution decisions.
  • Scale ad spend efficiently, managing $500K+ per platform/month while improving ROAS and reducing acquisition costs.
  • Own ad messaging, offers, and angles, ensuring that Groove Life’s brand story resonates across all paid channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with CRO, retention, and product teams to ensure that paid media efforts align with broader business objectives.
  • Test new growth opportunities, including emerging platforms (Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat) and new ad placements.
  • Own data reporting for paid channels

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years in paid social/search for an eCommerce or DTC brand, with scaling experience at $100K+/month budgets.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns for revenue growth, not just traffic.
  • Deep knowledge of creative testing and ad funnel optimization—you understand what makes an ad convert.
  • Data-driven, revenue-focused mindset, with experience driving profitability and contribution margin improvements.
  • Strong understanding of post-iOS14 attribution, including Triple Whale, GA4 tracking, and first-party data strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks for ad creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Ability to develop & execute a structured marketing plan aligned with revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you can work across teams to execute high-impact campaigns.

What’s in It for You?

  • High-Growth Environment – Scale a high-performing eCommerce brand with a passionate team.
  • Resources & Support – Work with a top-tier creative team and the latest ad tech to maximize performance.
  • Company Culture – Join a brand that values adventure, innovation, and having fun while crushing goals.
  • Competitive Salary with profit sharing potential
  • Full benefit package
