About the role

The primary purpose of the Consultant is to support and contribute to the strategic objectives of UOWGE and carry out activities that focus on helping UOWGE realize its vision and performance goals. Reporting to the UOWGE Head of Strategy, the Consultant is responsible for supporting in UOWGE's strategic initiatives across markets and segments through a thorough analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, consumer surveys, and internal capabilities, including extensive primary and secondary research, data analysis, financial modeling, and synthesis. Working closely with the Head of Strategy, the Consultant will be supporting on a range of initiatives and projects including market analysis, business analysis, strategy implementation, operational improvement, M&A, feasibility studies, and business planning. Utilizing data-driven insights, the role focuses on developing key strategic recommendations and hypotheses. Central to the role of the Consultant is proficiency in consulting frameworks and tools, underpinned by the highest standards of excellence in technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
