JOB FUNCTIONS: You will be responsible for mapping the potential candidate's profiles across job boards, handling interview processes and driving the organisational objectives as planned. RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand the technologies and source quality profiles from job boards and social media portals Own and execute entire recruitment process for the allotted clients Meet the individual revenue targets in alignment with team goals Meet the hiring deadlines effectively with healthy TAT Innovate the sourcing the process to reduce the initial TAT RESEARCH & ANALYSIS: Gather inputs for the candidate profiling and competitor analysis Decent grip on the market trends and its implications on the business SKILLS TECHNICAL: Internet usage and MS Office package In-depth knowledge of recruitment portals Boolean Search BEHAVIOURAL: Passionate Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Effective communication skills High - energy and positive working attitude Result driven
