We’re Hiring | Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) – NBFC
At Sayyam Investments Private Limited, we are looking for a dedicated Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) to strengthen our customer grievance management framework and ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns in compliance with RBI guidelines.
📍 Bengaluru | Full-Time
💼 Department: Customer Support / Compliance
📅 Experience: Minimum 2 years in NBFC / Banking grievance handling
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage end-to-end customer grievance redressal
✔ Handle RBI Ombudsman complaints and regulatory escalations
✔ Ensure complaint resolution within RBI timelines and internal SLAs
✔ Conduct RCA and drive corrective/preventive actions
✔ Coordinate with Operations, IT, Legal, Collections, and Compliance teams
✔ Prepare MIS reports and support audits/compliance reviews
✔ Monitor complaint trends and recommend process improvements
🔹 Eligibility & Skills
• Graduate in Law, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Law graduates preferred
• Experience in RBI Ombudsman handling is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of RBI regulations and grievance frameworks
• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
