Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Grievance Executive, based in Saraswati Vihar, New Delhi. The role involves managing customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. The Grievance Executive will work to improve customer satisfaction, address concerns effectively, and maintain a professional and empathetic approach. Additional responsibilities include identifying recurring issues and providing feedback to improve processes and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers efficiently and professionally.
- Proven ability to resolve customer grievances with empathy and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills to document and track customer interactions.
- Basic proficiency in using customer service systems, data entry software, and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer grievance or customer service role is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus.
