About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Data Acquisition Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently and accurately collect, record, and manage data from various sources as per the organization's Data Acquisition requirements. The Data Acquisition Team Member will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and researchers, to ensure the quality and integrity of collected data. Key Responsibilities: Data Acquisition Planning: 1. Develop and implement Data Acquisition strategies and plans. 2. Identify data sources, collection methods, and tools. 3. Define Data Acquisition schedules and milestones. 4. Ensure compliance with Data Acquisition protocols and standards. Data Acquisition Execution: 1. Collect data from diverse sources, including databases, and field observations. 2. Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 3. Maintain meticulous records of the Data Acquisition process. 4. Adhere to data security and privacy regulations. 5. Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in collected data. 6. Continuously monitor data and make necessary improvements to streamline the process. Communication: 1. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather data requirements. 2. Provide regular updates on Data Acquisition progress. 3. Address questions or concerns related to Data Acquisition. Data Entry and Recording: 1. Accurately input collected data into databases or data management systems. 2. Organize and store data in a structured manner for further analysis. Troubleshooting: 1. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during Data Acquisition. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems with Data Acquisition tools and equipment. Data Analysis Support: 1. Collaborate with data analysts and researchers to provide data for analysis. 2. Assist in preparing data for analysis by cleaning and structuring it appropriately. Documentation: 1. Maintain comprehensive records of Data Acquisition processes, sources, and methods. 2. Document any changes or modifications made during Data Acquisition. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Process Management. 3. Proven experience in Data Acquisition and management. 4. Proficiency in Data Acquisition software and tools. 5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 7. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. 8. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices. 9. Strong organizational and time management skills. 10. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve the goal. Should have an excellent understanding of the process and develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes. 11. Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented. 12. Fluent in multiple languages is expected.
