Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating content and leading a small team to ensure work produced is visually engaging across our brands, whilst maintaining distinct visual identities and ensuring overall brand consistency. The position is home based with occasional travel for team meetings and greyhound events. Full support for working from home will be provided including provision of equipment. Principal accountabilities and responsibilities include: - Manage the Graphic Design Team, including work scheduling and quality checks - Provide mentoring to junior staff members and suggest where training would be beneficial - Creating engaging social media graphics - Designing information and data visualisations - Developing 'race day' content templates - Producing promotional materials - Supporting brand identity maintenance - Creating video thumbnails and overlays - Designing digital assets for multiple platforms - Supporting presentation and pitch materials
