Description

About Greenlight Group

Greenlight is a premier talent management and development firm representing over 30 of the most influential creators on the internet, with a collective audience of nearly half a billion followers. Pound for pound, our roster is one of the most potent in the digital space.

While our reach is significant, our approach is deliberately boutique. We are not a volume shop. We operate on a high-conviction model, building long-term, multi-faceted businesses with generational talent like Jordan Howlett (45M+) and Hafu Go (20M+). Our founder sets the creative and strategic vision for these careers. This role is designed to be the operational engine that drives them.

The Role

We are hiring a Talent Assistant to support the operational execution of our highest-revenue pod. You will be responsible for the post-close lifecycle of brand partnerships across a roster of ceators: tracking deliverables, communicating with brand partners, managing calendars, and executing directed outreach.

Once a deal is closed, you own everything that comes after. You will track deliverables across active brand campaigns, communicate with brand partners on timelines and approvals, manage the talent calendar, and keep the CRM current. When the team identifies outreach targets, you will find the right contact, draft the message, and follow through until there is a result.

You will report to our Pod Operations Manager and work alongside a dedicated sales lead who handles deal negotiation. Your job is not to close deals. Your job is to make sure closed deals are executed flawlessly.

This is an execution role for someone who finds deep satisfaction in operational precision and wants to learn the business of managing top-tier creators from the inside.

What We Are Looking For

You have 1-3 years of experience at a talent management company, agency, marketing team, or similar fast-paced environment where you were responsible for keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously. You have communicated with brand partners or clients in a professional capacity. You are obsessively organized and you write emails that you would be comfortable sending to a Fortune 500 marketing executive.

Beyond your resume, you are someone who does not need to be told what to do next. You anticipate. You follow up before being asked. You treat every deadline as non-negotiable.

Compensation

$40,000 – $60,000 base salary with performance-based bonus. Full benefits (health, dental, vision). Remote flexibility. Clear growth trajectory as the operation scales.
