Business Analyst

Analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders and support the implementation of integrated technical solutions that meet desired objectives, ensuring clear alignment between technical and business teams while enhancing the quality of digital project deliverables. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from internal clients or government entities. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Use Case documents, and Process Flow diagrams. Conduct gap analysis, evaluate current processes, and propose digital improvements. Collaborate with development teams to understand the technical feasibility of solutions and ensure alignment with requirements. Contribute to creating prototypes or wireframes when necessary. Validate requirements quality and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Participate in workshops with stakeholders to clarify and document scenarios. Support change management and update documentation when project scope changes. Requirements & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or Information Technology. 2 to 4 years of practical experience in business analysis, preferably in a digital or technical environment. Good understanding of system development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Proficient in analysis tools like Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, Confluence, or Lucidchart. Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and clearly communicate them to technical teams. Business analysis certification preferred (e.g., CBAP, ECBA, or Agile BA).
