Contract Academic Interventionist

Contract Academic Interventionist - Position will end in May 2026

 

The Academic Interventionist is responsible for providing academic intervention to K-5 students who need extra support in Tier 1 Instruction. Knows and effectively communicates the Greeneville City Schools (GCS) Philosophy and mission. 

 

Minimum of Bachelor degree in Education or related field; Teaching license preferred.  The temporary part-time position DOES NOT include benefits.  Working hours are 6 hours/day for 85 working days.  See additional details using the job description link below.

 

Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
