Green School Bali is looking for a dedicated Green Educator Course Manager to lead the development, coordination, marketing, and delivery of our Green Educator courses. Join a team that's making an impact through transformative learning experiences that support educators, schools, and individuals embracing the Green School Way. As the Green Educator Course Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production, execution, and growth of Green Educator courses, both online and in-person. This includes working on course development, facilitating high-quality learning experiences, marketing the programs, and ensuring smooth logistical operations. You will also manage budgets and contribute to the overall success of the Green Educator initiative. TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to build awareness and drive program enrollment. Guide prospective participants through the sales funnel, from inquiry to enrollment. Refresh promotional materials, course overviews, and website content. Host live events, course openings, and video content to engage potential participants. Program Development: Coordinate the design and production of both online and in-person Green Educator courses. Build and manage a network of skilled instructors and facilitators. Facilitate panels, discussion circles, and workshops. Collect and integrate participant feedback to improve future course offerings. Logistics & Administration: Coordinate logistics for in-person courses, including accommodation, transport, and other arrangements. Administer mailing lists, databases, and all related documentation. Budget Management: Manage the budget for the Green Educators initiative, ensuring financial sustainability. Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
