Role Overview
We're looking for an autonomous Product Designer who excels in both UX and UI to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you'll shape the user experience of our mobile-first financial products, driving innovation and growth while maintaining a keen eye on industry trends.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric mobile experiences for our financial product
- Proactively identify issues in our current designs and workflows and implement solutions
- Stay ahead of fintech industry trends and competitor offerings to propose innovative features
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Contribute to our design system and maintain consistent user experiences
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in mobile product design with a strong mobile-first portfolio
- Experience designing for fintech or B2C financial applications preferred
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions autonomously
- Data-driven approach to design decisions with experience in analytics and user testing
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and comfort with ambiguity
- Knowledge of industry tools (we use Figma)
