Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support branding initiatives

About Company: Green Delight Innovations owns a sanitary napkin brand called Bliss Pads that focuses on hygiene, usability, and comfort rather than any other aspect. Our journey was not towards creating an eco-friendly sanitary napkin brand; rather, it was for our final year research project. We were given Kenaf fabric for the same. At first, we came up with a sustainable fabric out of Kenaf, and then we thought - why not sanitary napkins if the fabric is sustainable? This idea fueled us with all the confidence we needed to make it into a brand that is also beneficial to women's hygiene and society.
