Job Description:
- Assist in IGBC / GRIHA / LEED documentation and submissions
- Support credit interpretation, calculations, and compliance tracking
- Maintain project documentation and evidence as per rating requirements
- Understand and assess client requirements and offer them suitable solutions to meet their sustainability objectives.
- Travel across the sites/ region to complete the projects on time.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the client, ensure client satisfaction, and identify future opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion towards sustainability
- Basic understanding of green building concepts, energy & water efficiency and sustainable materials
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Familiarity with AutoCAD
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- LEED / IGBC / GRIHA AP or willingness to pursue certification
- Internship exposure in green building or sustainability
- Knowledge of ECBC / ESG / Net Zero concepts
Qualifications:
B.E / B.Tech - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Management and Environmental Engineering.
Fresher / 1 Year Experience
