About the role

Under the direction of the Corporate Immigration Initiatives Team Lead, the Technical Co-ordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Immigration Initiatives Program, a key Corporate-wide strategic initiative. The Technical Co-ordinator will assist with coordination of the program, including data collection and analysis, reporting, and supporting the development and implementation of various project deliverables. This role will also liaise with other City departments and external stakeholders as required. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Corporate Immigration Initiatives program - Collect, organize and analyze data related to the program - Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other program materials - Support the development and implementation of various project deliverables - Liaise with other City departments and external stakeholders as required - Other duties as assigned
