<strong>We’re Hiring: All Positions!<br></strong>GMi is seeking driven and motivated students to join our paid Internship Program. This full-time, in-person internship provides hands-on experience in the commercial construction industry, offering exposure to field operations, estimating, and project management. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want real-world experience, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to build a strong foundation for a long-term career in construction.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You'll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Gain hands-on field experience working alongside experienced construction professionals.</li>
<li>Assist with layout, framing, drywall, and other jobsite activities.</li>
<li>Support field leadership with material coordination, safety inspections, documentation, and quality control.</li>
<li>Assist Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and project documentation.</li>
<li>Participate in progress walks, reporting, and production planning.</li>
<li>Develop an understanding of construction documents, estimating processes, and budgeting tools.</li>
<li>Build relationships with field teams, office staff, vendors, and clients.</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>Current college student pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to work in both field and office environments.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate professionally and work within a team.</li>
<li>Interest in pursuing a long-term career in commercial construction.</li>
<li>Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required.</li>

<strong>Program Details<br></strong>This is a full-time, in-person, paid internship program. Both summer and semester-long opportunities are available.
