Bachelor's degree in recreation, business, sports management, nonprofit management, human services or related field; 2-3 years leadership experience in aquatics or related; current BLS, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen, Lifeguarding, Swim Instruction certifications; CPO within 3 months; Microsoft Office proficiency.
