What You’ll Do:
Own Meeting Execution
- Prepare agendas, materials, and scorecards for leadership meetings
- Attend meetings, capture decisions, and track action items
- Ensure all follow-up tasks are completed
Manage Reporting & Data Flow
- Collect and audit weekly KPI data from all practices
- Ensure all information is accurate, complete, and organized
- Compile and distribute final reports
Act as a Communication Filter
- Review and organize emails, messages, and operational requests
- Present information in a clear, decision-ready format
- Ensure leadership is only receiving complete and relevant information
Standardize Organizational Documents
- Review and refine internal documents
- Ensure consistency in formatting, clarity, and quality
- Return incomplete work for revision
Support Practice Operations
- Prepare summaries for site visits
- Convert notes into structured action plans
- Track follow-through with team members
What Success Looks Like:
- Leadership no longer reviews raw or incomplete data
- Communication is organized, clear, and actionable
- All meetings are fully prepared and followed through
- Tasks and commitments are consistently tracked and completed
- The Integrator is able to focus on coaching, leadership, and decision-making

What This Role Is Not:
This is not a passive, task-based assistant role
You will not be given step-by-step direction for everything
This role requires initiative, ownership, and independent thinking
Schedule & Availability
This role is best suited for someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working within a dynamic schedule that shifts based on business needs.
- This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule aligned to the Integrator’s calendar
- Work hours may vary week-to-week based on meetings, priorities, and operational needs
- Availability during core leadership meeting times is required
- Some early morning or late evening availability may be needed depending on scheduling demands
Requirements:
- 2+ years in an Executive Assistant, administrative, or operations support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows
- Experience with data, reporting, or documentation preferred
