We are Hiring – Marketing Head | Automotive Components or precision engineering components manufacturing
📍 Location: Pondicherry
💼 Experience: 17+ Years to 32 yrs
🎓 Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering (Full-Time)

Turnover - Candidates should have individually handled min of ₹250–300 Cr turnover (domestic + export). For candidates with 24+ years of experience, the expectation turnover is ₹450 Cr.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head for a leading automotive component manufacturing company with handling of direct OEM clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive domestic and export sales and achieve annual revenue targets.
- Develop new business opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 customers.
- Manage customer relationships and expand existing business.
- Lead RFQ management, costing, quotations and order conversion.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Production and Engineering teams for new product development.
- Monitor NPD activities, sample development, feasibility and PPAP.
- Handle key customer accounts and resolve commercial and delivery escalations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- 17+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the automotive components industry.
- Strong exposure to domestic and export markets.
- Experience in hot forging, machining and automotive components is preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, OEM relationships and revenue growth.
- Experience working with Tier 1/Tier 2 customers is essential.
