JOB TITLE: Server Assistant
REPORTS TO: Lobby Lounge Manager
SUPERVISES: N/A
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
The Server Assistant supports seamless Afternoon Tea service by ensuring tables are
set, cleared, and prepared with precision and care. This role enhances the guest
experience by delivering every tea tier with attention to detail, accurately
accommodating dietary preferences, and supporting servers to maintain a smooth,
luxurious flow of service.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 60 lbs
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Elevated, professional guest-facing communication
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent teamwork skills while able to work independently as needed

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Prior experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality environments
- Experience in kitchen prep, plating, or food handling
- Familiarity with Afternoon Tea or similar formal dining setups preferred
- Strong knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accurately accommodate allergies
