About the role

This is an amazing opportunity for a COOP Project Manager to join our creative team! This role has been developed to become a part of the evolving design direction for GAA. We will be working on streamlining the process, analyzing past directions to help inform our new management model. This position is responsible for providing support to sales and design teams while also looking for new exciting opportunities to utilize CRM. The sky's the limit! Responsibilities COULD include: Implementing and analyzing CRM best practices. Informing on areas of opportunity for streamlining communications. Managing timelines, designer allocation, client communication Creating and updating quotes, processing orders, create shell decks for designers, prepare prelim documents Attend all meetings with the designer as needed Send out follow up/recap emails Schedule upcoming meetings Hold designers accountable for their deliverables and deadlines Enter all necessary information into and actively maintain all google documents and Miro boards Ensure meeting notes are properly captured and make updates to prep documents for the designers to work Place and Process all client projects Ensure all necessary information is included in the project before processing (spec sheets, notes, etc) Ensure the design and the web project are in alignment Update final quote to match Purchase Orders Drive projects, new business and sales forward Maintain project tracker and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely project completion Actively prospect and collaborate with the Director of New Business Development to identify new opportunities of growth
