<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This is a hands-on leadership development role. Candidates will be required to <strong>learn our POS system, processes, and operations by running a store for 3–6 months</strong>. During this time, you will demonstrate your ability to lead a team, deliver results, and develop your replacement.<br><br>
</div><div>Promotion to a <strong>District Manager role is earned</strong> by proving you can successfully operate a location, build a strong team, and consistently deliver performance.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Perform all <strong>General Manager duties</strong> while in training </li>
<li>Ensure all locations: <br> <ul><li>Open on time and operate until scheduled closing </li></ul>

<br><ul><li>Are properly staffed for business needs, including key roles (e.g., inspectors in NC locations) </li></ul>
</li>

<li>Monitor and manage <strong>daily KPIs</strong>, including mid-day (1 PM) performance checks to ensure pacing toward goals </li>
<li>Adjust operations as needed to improve performance and control labor </li>
<li>Send a <strong>daily recap email</strong> summarizing: <br> <ul><li>Challenges addressed </li></ul>

<li>Verify <strong>payroll accuracy weekly (Thursday)</strong>: <br> <ul><li>Ensure timecards, breaks, and employee data are correct </li></ul>

<li>Manage inventory and approve orders within budget </li>
<li>Maintain strong communication by responding to emails with <strong>professionalism and detail</strong> </li>
<li>Build <strong>bench strength</strong> through cross-training and succession planning </li>
<li>Support and promote company <strong>initiatives, contests, and incentives</strong> </li>
<li>Ensure all administrative tasks (payroll, bonuses, new hires, PAFs) are completed by <strong>Monday at 8 AM</strong> </li>
