We're hiring: GRC Consultant (Techno-Functional) | AndPayments
AndPayments is building the compliance and risk infrastructure that powers the next generation of Indian payments companies — and we're looking for a senior GRC Consultant who can operate across both the functional and technical stack.
This is a client-facing, hands-on, high-impact role. You'll work directly with BFSI and enterprise stakeholders to map risk frameworks and controls, and you'll also get into the engineering weeds to design and deliver solutions end-to-end — not just scope them.
What you'll actually do:
- Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution demos for enterprise clients
- Design risk architecture and map controls across Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Issues, Events, Vulnerability Management, ISMS, BCM, and TPRM
- Own solution design and technical configuration, including integrations
- Drive the onboarding-to-adoption journey — training, UAT, and beyond
- Be the GRC subject-matter expert internally and externally
What you bring:
- 5-10 years in GRC consulting or tool implementation, with strong domain depth across Operational Risk, Internal Audit, ISMS, BCM, and TPRM
- Hands-on engineering experience with Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript, ReactJS, .NET, MS SQL, Oracle
- Experience with enterprise integrations — REST, OAuth2, Rapid7
- Solid solution-design capability with end-to-end delivery ownership
- Familiarity with CI/CD, AWS fundamentals, and AI-assisted development (preferred)
- Comfort with travel (3-6 weeks per implementation)
- A builder's mindset — comfortable using AI as a core part of how you work, not just a tool on the side
