- Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused GRC Associate to join our growing Cyber Security Consulting practice.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy interacting with customers, solving business problems, conducting assessments, and translating complex regulatory requirements into practical security programs.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients on cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, privacy, and regulatory advisory engagements while gaining exposure to some of India's most important cybersecurity frameworks and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute cybersecurity audits, gap assessments, risk assessments, and compliance reviews independently.
- Support and assess compliance against:
- CERT-In Directions
- RBI Cyber Security Frameworks
- SEBI Cyber Security & Cloud Frameworks
- IRDAI Cyber Security Guidelines
- DPDP Act
- ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001
- NIST Cyber Security Framework
- Review policies, standards, procedures, and security controls.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client meetings.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution mapping, proposal development, customer presentations, and compliance roadmaps.
- Maintain regulatory trackers, control libraries, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with technical, compliance, and business stakeholders across client organizations.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and privacy principles.
- Familiarity with Indian cybersecurity regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to independently manage customer-facing engagements.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn, innovate, and take ownership.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and identify opportunities to create additional business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Law Graduates with an interest in Cyber Security, Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, and Data Protection are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given preference.
- Minimum certification requirement:
- ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation, Internal Auditor, Lead Implementer, or Lead Auditor.
Preferred Skills
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer / 27701 /42001
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel across India for client engagements and audits.
- Comfortable working from customer premises, office, and remote locations depending on project requirements.
- Passion for consulting, relationship building, and continuous learning.
