Coordinate with Management Representative for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1 and other ISO certification related activities. Act as Management Representative in absence of Management Representative. Ensure inter-group coordination. Participate in process reviews. Supervise implementation of internal audit process for ISO standards audit company wide. Train auditors. Discuss audit results with the departmental management and suggest corrective and preventive measures. Participate in audits. Maintain record of audits. Any other task assigned.
