Ciphrix is a compliance automation platform helping companies achieve SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and GDPR certifications. We're early, moving fast, and this is a foundational hire.
What you'll do
You'll be Ciphrix's GRC voice: with customers, in product, and in sales conversations.
- Guide customers through their compliance journey: discovery workshops, gap assessments, internal audit reviews, and audit assistance through to certification outcome
- Work across ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST: understand the overlaps, know what applies and why, translate it into something customers can actually act on
- Work directly with the founders to shape how frameworks are built into the product: your domain knowledge becomes something thousands of customers will use
- Join sales conversations as the person who knows the domain: walkthroughs, demos, answering the hard compliance questions prospects ask
- Write and publish on GRC topics: helping build Ciphrix's voice in the market
Who you are
- 2–4 years in GRC consulting, delivered across multiple clients and at least two frameworks
- Came out of a consulting environment: Big 4, mid-tier, or equivalent
- Strong communicator: written and verbal, comfortable with founders, IT managers, and compliance leads
- Systems thinker: you can structure an ambiguous problem, not just execute a defined one
- Genuinely curious about how compliance can be built into product, not just checked off a list
