About the Role:
We are seeking a GRC Associate to support compliance initiatives, including tool deployments and framework maintenance. This role involves assisting with risk assessments, policy development, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced IT setting.
Responsibilities:
- Own implementation of GRC frameworks and tools at scale.
- Support compliance assessments, monitoring, and policy updates.
- Assist with project management and develop technical documentation.
- Collaborate and assist with IT, security, and other departments on compliance tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, software engineering, IT, risk management, cybersecurity or related field.
- 1-2 years in GRC, compliance, risk, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of risk methodologies and compliance standards.
- IT or software experience preferred, such as administrative or systems support.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good communication.
