Job Title: Graduate Project Manager / PMO Analyst – Accelerated Development Programme

Location: Basingstoke (On-site, 5 days a week)

Starting Salary: £28,000

Start Date: Rolling intakes throughout the year

Eligibility: 2:1 degree in any subject + full right to work in the UK

What will you do?


You’ll be placed on-site with one of our FTSE 100 or 250 clients, working as part of project or PMO teams. Depending on your role and project needs, your responsibilities may include:


As a Graduate Project Manager:

  • Supporting delivery from planning to execution and evaluation.
  • Managing timelines, resources, risks and stakeholder communication.
  • Tracking project progress and reporting to senior managers.
  • Solving blockers and keeping everything aligned.
  • Applying tools like Agile, Waterfall, Critical Path Analysis and more.


As a PMO Analyst:

  • Maintaining governance frameworks and project controls.
  • Managing RAID logs and identifying delivery risks.
  • Supporting business case development and budget tracking.
  • Coordinating progress reporting and quality assurance.
  • Building relationships across departments and stakeholder groups.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for graduates who are:

  • Achieving or have achieved a minimum 2:1 degree (any subject welcome).
  • Clear communicators who enjoy working with people.
  • Organised and detail-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Candidates who are proactive, adaptable and excited to learn new skills.
  • Passionate about driving improvement and delivering results.
  • Happy to work on-site 5 days/week in a fast-paced, professional environment.
