Product Designer ( UI/UX)

The Role We are seeking an exceptional Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our User Experience team for an enterprise product. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, consultants, and engineers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces that enhance strategy execution. Key Responsibilities : Design elegant, user-centric experiences that solve complex problems and create value. Develop and refine wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals and user needs. Ensure consistency in UI components and design systems across the platform. Apply strong interaction design principles, including animations and transitions. Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing outcomes Technical Requirements Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility. Experience designing enterprise or consumer-facing software products. Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using industry-standard tools. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability. Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles. Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Desirable Skills Experience in data visualization using D3.js, Processing, or similar tools. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. Exposure to business intelligence and analytics-driven design. Ability to manage small teams, projects, or product design initiatives. Educational Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. 7 plus years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS products. Proven track record of designing and shipping digital software products.
